That's how I figured it and was thinking the Food Lion deal was better for a need now type situation. Didn't I read where someone says that Lowe's normally has it on sale for a really good deal around Memorial Day?

During the move I've misplaced my thermometer, it was off by 10 degrees anyways so figured an upgrade was in order

I have the amaze-n smoker. Use it in the pellet pooper for extra flavor. Haven't tried cold smoking....sure as hell don't live in an area that gets cold enough now! :annoyed:

I just fire her up with a small torch, let her burn for a few minutes then blow out the flame. Make sure there's a nice amount of coals if ya will. It'll run better.

Got an itch for a weber kettle. I have a pellet pooper, and of course my po'man. But for some things, I just want a good ole charcoal grill. Like a nice seared steak, tasty carne asada, and to try that damn snake method. What say y'all?? :notsure: I'm sure my wife will be wondering why I need yet another grill/smoker/cooker. :D

Ye old standby, there's a reason they've been around virtually unchanged for 60 years...

Oh and with all the craziness that happens in a move, my grills are packed in the trailer along with tools, workbench, etc etc.

Well I think I must have succeeded as a man and husband since yesterday my wife said she didn't care what we had to do but I needed to get the grills at the new house asap. Guess she misses my grilled food lol
