    Very reasonable prices.

I have some extra outdoor carpet from the sleeping platform I built for the bed of my truck. I had thought of using that as a sort of welcome mat for the base of the ladder but forgot it this weekend. Storing that carpet under the ladder when folding it up is a good idea to protect the tent floor.

Anyone find a condensation mat for their GT-140 yet?

On an un-related note, I mounted the Manta awning to the Yakima round bars Friday. I picked up (4) 3/4 metal conduit hangers from Lowes at about $.70 each. These attach around the round bars, then bolt through the L-bracket that comes with the awning. Not the prettiest sight, but it's secure.

I don't have to use it all, but it's there when I want it. I'll be in Flagstaff, Arizona for 5 days for Overland Expo West. So it's gonna be nice for that trip. It took me about 30 minutes to set up and about the same amount of time to tear down (that's with never doing it before). So it really wasn't too bad.

The downside is that I can't really insert the metal rods into the tent base for the rain fly on the awning side. The awning mounted on that side doesn't allow me to angle the rods into their holes (which pretty much require a straight line of sight).

The one for the CVT Mt. Shasta (56") will fit...so will the Tepui (can't remember model but it measures out the same) mat.

I'd be interested to see how you like the sliding ladder over the telescoping.

I put my replacement on a few days ago and so far it seems fine. Haven't taken it on a trip yet though.

How long was the warranty? Two years from the day of purchase wasn't it?
