I was wrong in thinking it was an OR. Looks like he has a sport which would be under recall.

Checked the link and mine did not come up. 2017 DCSB Off Road MANUAL.
Was seeing all the pictures of the leaking and decided to crawl under it anyway and it is dry as a bone. No leak yet, anyway. Glad I got the Off Road in a manual but will have to keep an eye on it. I don't get super excited about recalls as long as the fix is good. It doesn't cost anything other than your time and I'm not far away from a dealer so that helps. That's just me though.

 

How do you know OR aren't recalled all the post just say 2016-2017 tacomas.

Probably because no one with an OR who has run their VIN has been in th recall yet, which includes 2 different dealers than ran every Taco on their lot. Same here, 2017 Baja OR and not on the recall list.

 

Im not on the list but have a bit of seepage. Seems old tho...prolly gonna let it ride for now

 

Everyone with an off road Vin doesn't it have when you check it. Doesn't mean they wont recall them but as of right now if you check your Vin won't show the recall.
