Hello everyone just wanted to introduce myself since I am new to Tacoma world. I drive a 1991 Turquoise Geo metro which i will soon be trading in to afford a Tacoma but debating if its worth it or not? I would love to hear your input! b92fa657ca3ac8a18a7fe331d242d594.jpg

I would. A Tacoma will be a huge upgrade over the metro in everything but fuel mileage. Though I must say that is the coolest looking metro I have seen.

Is it worth trading in? Absolutely not... Only possible reason to would be to avoid double registration/insurance.

What you have there, my friend, is called an eco-mod.
    You'll want to keep that.

I have a Yaris as my commuter car. 40ish mpg vs. 16-17 mpg. It is worth keeping.

Yeah man those Yaris's are pretty sweet. My grandfather has a Yaris SE, pretty nice for what it is.

I don't know if I'd go as far as calling it sweet, but very nice to have in the garage.

Never thought I would say this but clean Geo! I doubt a trade to a dealer would get you much money, you would be better selling private party if you want to get rid of it.

Tacomas are great trucks, if you need/want a truck then go ahead. For whatever generation you're interested in, research the common issues and check those areas when looking at the new truck.

Good point! Thanks. Took a while to get the metro to look the way it is but figured keep it less modified to give it more clean look.
