Idaho BS thread in the PNW

So my wife is driving around meridian/nampa area right now visiting friends. She keeps sending me pictures of houses for sale......

 

And I am a Realtor, it might be fate...

 

she just went up there to visit, but has already fallen in love with the place. Plus I wouldn't mind getting out of SoCal, way too many people for me

 

Are you in Escondido? Used to live there and San Marcos, and Vista back when 78 was two lanes each way.

 

Ha ha yeah I'm in escondido , a lot is changed in this area since then. No more cow/chicken farms, just more houses, and houses, and people

 

That's my fear, everyone else following me up there and making it just as crowded

 

Ha I just mean in general, I see a lot of development going on up there

 

Idaho has some of the nations highest in bound people- I have heard numbers that estimate 300K people in the next 5 years relocating to the Treasure Valley.

 

Murphy's law stated that everything east of the San Andrea's fault would slide into the Atlantic Ocean. I did have one client that was concerned about our proximity to Yellow Stone as a super volcano and if I knew what that blast radius would do to us...

 

i hope boise improves there roads cause it is going get worse.

I've always wanted to go to Dworshak! I've heard it's great fishing!!! So jealous...

 

Theres some decent places you can go fishing off the bank. We lost a few good ones last summer there. They had a tournament a couple weeks ago, they caught some big smallies there.
