Ah yes, you will need to take that off, I completely forgot about that, sorry! I test fit my stock trailer plug in your bumper before it shipped because it was the first one of that run from our laser shop.

Any thoughts on the possibility of a hidden hitch option for the Style 1 bumper?

I'm sure we could build you a custom hidden hitch style 1. Give me a call and we'll get something figured out. 1-608-348-4880.

These weight 100 pounds, which is just slightly more than the factory bumper with hitch.

does the hitch take up any more spare tire space than the stock one? i've seen a mod to fit 33's even with the stock hitch, and i'd prefer to keep my tire mounted underneath the bed.

There is about 33.75" between the rear of the diff and the front of the hitch tube at ride height, so fitting a 33 would be pretty tight.

I have been searching for a bumper just like this. I have a '15 DCSB and tow a trailer with kayaks often. With my setup and towing, I really need to either keep the spare underneath or get a dual swing out system so I don't have to unhitch to get into the tailgate. Looks like my 275/70R17 spare would be tight, but probably doable. Any plans for a dual swing? I love being able to relocate the wiring harness, add some backup lights and high lift cuts! I am traveling currently, but will be in contact soon to discuss details!

There is 33" between the back of the diff and the front (under the truck side) of the hitch tube, which is a little less than the width of the frame.
We do offer a double swing tire carrier version. That is available here.

Very nice, I was wondering why I couldn't find a photo of your bumper:anonymous:
My custom change is very basic. Just deleting tire carrier and having passenger side swingout be a rectangular frame.
I like the versatility of the dual swingout because I can choose which side or both to take on a trip. Around town, they will mostly be in storage.

I like where your heads at. I like the dual swing out, might have gone with that if it was offered when I originally got the bumper ages ago. (really on top of my mods as you can tell :turtleride:)

    Thank you for your order!

Looks good. That thing has been around a while. We changed the Hi-Lift tabs and where we put them quite a while ago.

:hattip:I like the water valve! Don’t even need to move it.
Drifter question. Does the awning placement block the third brake light? Did you need to relocate the lid latch’s?
