at least they're handling it. I wonder if it will be like the rest and they're "not ready" to do them yet when you bring it in.

 

My honda is getting a new air bag today. The last time they didnt have the parts yet.

Also careful with snugging the nuts. Someone on here sheared a stud.

Apparently part of the problem is the stud is stretching (or whatever the metal equivalent is)

@Porter707 was just showing he still has mud stuck everywhere from the one time he tore across a field.

 

defiantly want to use one of these. what was the torque on those nuts again, I think it was pretty low if I remember right. I need to look it up soon as I will be swapping mine out soon.

Turd gen was 18 ft lb/33 ft lb depending on axle.

 

It would likely be easy to snug those up with a torque wrench as others have suggested but I would cosnider having the dealer do it, then it is on record and their problem (kinda) if something goes wrong in the future. Perhaps check the level of fluid. Though I doubt it is low some might have seeped out before the leak slowed.
