I kind of enjoy the occasional whistling. The aftermarket bed topper/shell squeaking is another story.

That would have been a perfect way to get rid of a tailgater.

I was headed to work when I lived in vegas when an 18 wheeler tire blew on the truck in front of me. I was a few car lengths behind it but the strip of tread flew up my hood and over my window. Had a 93 del sol at the time so I was fairly low to the ground. Biker on the left and a breakdown lane full of debris so all I could do was watch this strip of rubber as it went over me. Scared the crap out of me.

OP, check the critical components very closely as another poster said and don't he surprised if you get a flat soon!

Ran over a box spring years ago. Trapped and couldn't avoid it due to Friday afternoon traffic. It ended up wrapped around the passenger side rear wheel and axle on my service van. The springs cut almost all the tread off the tire and I had to take a sawzall to what was left to get it out. Temp was about 90 and on the side of the highway. OP got lucky to not have a situation like that on his hands.
