    I agree to an extent. I've met several horrible salesman in my day but I've met and know some that are great people as well. In the couple of times I talked to him it was always about older Toyota's and it was just like talking to one of you guys, I never felt like he thought he was to good to be talking to me or that he was annoyed. Just because you sell cars doesn't mean you are horrible person, your actions in doing so dictate that.

    Ruthless, so much for taking care of your own!

    Yeah my best friend works for Toyota manufacturing and he said he couldn't get any breaks on the Tacoma, tundra, or 4Runner

    We pay dealer invoice and get a $2250 allowance that we can use towards a new car purchase once every 3 years. Some models have an extra discount that changes each quarter based off of sales numbers. Tacoma and 4runner have not had any extra discount in my 6 years at TMMK.

    Drove by Blue Holler this weekend camping in Mammoth Cave. All the land is for sale and looks like the fields are plowed for crops. I don't think it'll be re-opening.

    Sam Swope passsed away a couple years back. His daughter, Patty, is selling off "Swope Auto Group" one piece at a time. My truck came from Oxmoor Auto Group. (Oxmoor Toyota) Swopes biggest competitor. Swope started as a Pontiac dealer. Towards the end, they sold every brand imaginable. As the dealerships are sold, the money is going to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, as well as one of the largest private collections of Shelby Cobras in existance
