Giving the truck to my daughter for her Graduation gift.
Doing a custom car grill, hood and roof wrap but I want to do a level kit of eBay or Amazon.
    Just a 2 inch with a 1 inch block

She will be almost 97% on the road. And if she went of road it just taking the kayaks to the river.

I've seen many posts saying it not worth doing the level or even the ride is crappy.
Looking for someone with stock wheels and tire oppinion

Yes I read lot of other posts

Level lift is only for looks, not for function. And the rake is engineered into vehicles for functional reasons. No, it won't come unglued if you do it. But it won't function any better either. And any lift of note will make the tires look too small. So there's that.

But it's your call of course. Or is it your daughters? Regardless, call Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road and talk through it with her. She'll come up with something to achieve what you want that won't create issues.

The level/lift kits are are good for aesthetics. Ride wont actually differ that much. One thing I would look at adding to the list is upper control armsif you decide to do a level kit (SPC is a good one for the price) I am guessing you are doing this on a 2wd you might look at doing some Spindles and block in the back and ride wont really change at all that way you can keep stock uca's

alignment should go in spec easy with a 2 inch leveling space so the UCA not necessary if thats why you referenced it

In all honesty, if you keep stock tires, no one is gonna notice a difference. These trucks have plenty of ground clearance at stock height. My recommendation is to get a good quality aggressive all terrain in stock size, or +1". That'll give the truck a nice beefy look, all while riding great.

This is my truck stock height with 265/70r17 tires, which are 1" over stock. All I had to do was remove the front mud flaps because they rubbed on them.

Mine is a 2015. 2.5 level kit with 1 inch block. Very slight rack. Stock wheels which I like and Toyo 265's Open Country A/T 2 tires. My truck had 245's when I got it.
