    Sorry, I meant power options as in things powered by electricity. I agree, I think that the 4cyl has plenty enough power even on the highway, and it is just about the most reliable production engine made. I think if you were to start putting money into turbos and whatnot you should have just gotten the v6 to start.

    The last thing I was looking into was oem keyless entry/alarm, but am having trouble finding anything. I sure as hell am not putting an aftermarket system in for it.

    I have a 2014 and to the best of my knowledge, they do not make an OEM addon for keyless/alarm. Trust me i have looked everywhere.

    None... yet.
    I bought part #84652-02710, which I gather is used in both Tacomas and Corollas. I found it for $50 from a salvage yard in 'like new' condition. They offer a 1 year warranty on their parts, so I figured it was worth a shot. The install took about 10 minutes and only requires a Philips-head and flat-head screwdriver. The biggest 'challenge' was unplugging the two electrical connectors. Nice little upgrade on my 2012 Base AccessCab.
