If the surface is broken (like catch your fingernail in the scuff) getting it clean and black will be all you can do.

If the surface is still smooth, you should be able to remove that. Even mild polishing compound should work. Then wipe it up well with mineral spirits to remove any residual compound, keeping it from drying and turning white.

Ok, but...you need a cool story about how the scratch happened. Mention approach angle, you'll be in like flint!

You can do what I did when I put some scratches on my fenders. Sand it down all the way to 400 grit and the spray it with rustoleum bed liner. Once it's all dry knock down the rough texture with 400-600 grit sandpaper. You would have to do the whole bumper of course but I personally think it came out better looking that factory.

I'm doing that right now but in gloss black. I scuffed up my left rear pretty badly. Using duplicolor 202. Hopefully it turns out okay..

I never knew so much spray paints existed but after washing or a good storm do you end up having to re apply? A lot...:notsure:

That Lamborghini could use a steel high clearance bumper too.

Sharpie and spit. I used to fix guitar body scuffs that way - hit it with the Sharpie - then spit on a finger and rub off the excess and surrounding area - it won't go away - but it will knock it down so you don't notice it. It is a thing that will bump into other things - no biggee..
