    How far down is the seat belt capstan in the pillar? (Or winch, or whatever the spool thing is called... ) if water is getting on that and it's mounted low perhaps water is getting on it through one of the door hinges or some other hole on the sides of the pillar.... I'll have to look to see if the drivers side has anything different than the passenger side...

    I know this tread is a few months old but I'm looking for a consensus fix. My drivers side belt is getting wet. Passenger side is moderate. The dealership installed my roof rack but everything with them takes forever so I'm hoping to do this myself. I can seal the bolt holes on the roof no prob but I've also read issues with door handle leaks and corner of the door leaks. Anyone have pics or instructions to seal the handle and door locations?
