Anyone have problems with their headlights?

Before we heard a buzzing noise & then changed the headlight relay, worked fine (we changed it about a month ago) then yesterday my headlights were on when the switch was off. Then when I switched it on, my high beams would only work. And then my headlights and high beams completely shut off on the darkest road possible while driving ☹️

Anyone know why? Or have suggestions?

Actually that is the weirdest thing I have heard. I am wondering if that relay is the culprit.

    Lol, thanks for the laugh!
It's been doing this off and on until yesterday. Then it completely shut off, on the way back to the camp site, it was the scariest drive.

Hoping to figure it out or sending it in to Toyota

You're welcome for the laugh. In all my years of messing with cars, I have never had such a strange electrical issue. I wish you the best at getting some answers. The fact that the relay before made noise and you replaced it makes me think it is related, however, the bright lights being on and then not on at all sort of points to the actual switch.

    Hopefully nothing too crazy!
