There's a section on this site that is all about suspension upgrades. Suggest perusing thru there ....

For lifting you should be adding new springs x4 to do it properly.

    A lot of guys did:
    5100s x4 (Bilsteins)
885 front springs with a 1/4" spacer driver side for taco lean
AAL rear leafs (add a leaf progressives)

This will lift the truck about 2" with the 5100s set to zero.

The 5100s are 2nd gen parts - same suspension as 3rd gen.
There are now new shocks specific to the 3rd gen from Bilstein to adjust for a very slight difference in weight from the 2nd gen.

The issue with the suspension you posted is that it lifts just the front via a setting on the shock.

That's a way to do it... however there are better ways. You can use that setup but if you want to lift the truck it's "best" to do it with additional springs front (replacements) and rear (add a leafs).

    6112s/5160s & 3-leaf AAL;ubolt flip kit;Superbumps
I recommend 6112/5160s with a 3-leaf progressive AAL in the rear if you do not plan to haul a lot of weight or add a lot of heavy Aftermarket bumper/armor items. See my sig for detailed write-up, installation and my feedback on this.

Also understand the ECGS (Needle Bushing) replacement issue which you can find in my Sig block.

The 6112 /5160 with 3 leaf AAL rides very controlled and confident and will IMPROVE your offroad vehicle handling/performance.
