I can't be the only one that listens to The Ticket in DFW. I've been listening for maybe 7 years now and wish I had found the station sooner. When I moved from Fort Worth and started working from home in East Texas I went crazy till I found I could stream the station on the internets.

    Are you a P1?

Sometimes you gotta remind the P1's to be one.

Go someplace else for your sports talk.

My crowing P1 moment was in 2015 (I think?) when my Reconsider Lounge band was read on the air:

A Kansas cover band comprised of the fathers of homosexual computer programmers known as “Carry on my Gay Nerd Son”.

A buddy of mine put that on The Unticket for me back in 2010.

Totally thought this was asking if there were any Mclaren P1s in Texas. I'm disappointed.

And so the thread isn't a total waste. P1 content inbound.

One of my favorite hardline bits is fun with country music, because bro county is the devil and deserves to be ridiculed.

I travel a lot and really miss when the Unticket had full commercial edited shows the next day. They haven't posted a full show since October. That made flying commercially a breeze.

Anyone know a website that has full shows free to download?

They have a podcast that post all the shows, Musers, Norm, Bad Radio and hardline. They are broken up by segments.
    http://www.theticket.com/2016/06/15/podcasts/

This may not be what you're looking for but it does well for me when I'm away from the metroplex. Plus you can download the classics and keep them to go back to.
I use the pocketcast app on my phone and you can search for it there and it should come up.

I know Craig Miller well enough. I'm no longer in Dallas, but miss The Ticket. One of 2 radio stations I listened to, and the only one I listened to daily.

Junes is a legit hero, except when there's a spider at the cam-pound. Best non-sexual-but-you-can't-tell-it-isn't drop ever.

The SportsDay app for the Ticket is really nice on Android, now. I haven't used the Apple version.

Get your Ticket fix from anywhere.
