Just FYI for anyone that already owns the Hi-Lift Tube Mount kit (Amazon link), perhaps from a previous vehicle, I found that it installs well on the bed rails using a few parts from the local hardware store (or Lowe's in my case).

I used 4 of the T-Slot Nuts from the 5-pack that I found through this forum (purchased on Amazon)...

I purchased the following stainless steel hardware:
    (4) 3/8-16 x 2" Stainless Steel Hex Bolts
    (4) 3/8 x 1-1/2" Stainless Steel Fender Washers
    (4) 3/8 x 7/8" Stainless Steel Flat Washers
    (4) 3/8 Stainless Steel Split Lock Washers

The original hardware in the Tube Mount package was smaller than the required 3/8-16 of the T-Slot Nuts that I had already purchased, but the holes in the mounting brackets were the perfect diameter for the 3/8" Hex Bolts.

The only issue was that the 3/8 x 7/8 Flat Washers were too wide for the side of the bracket where the bolts pass through so they bent when I tightened them down, but I was concerned about the stainless steel lock washer digging into the softer aluminum of the bracket. You may or may not want to use those, but I see no harm in the bending since I will reuse them when I need to remove and reinstall the brackets.

I should also note that I purchased a Truck Bed Header Rail from Amazon since my 3rd Gen. didn't come with one. This is where I wanted to mount the Hi-Lift X-TREME jack and it worked out well. However, if you have the larger 60" jack, you will probably be mounting it down the side rail (and it may be too heavy for the mounts/bed rail combination in this horizontal position).

If you have the money to buy one of the Hi-Lift jack mounts from RCI or , that's probably a better, stronger way to mount the jack, but since I already owned this Tube Mount kit (from my 4Runner), I thought I would try and repurpose it.
