If I recall 75lbs on the smaller 14mm bolts and 110/115 lbs on the 17mm bolts on the bottom. I think thats the bolt sizes.

Yeah, totally saw you. Love the Inferno on these trucks. Do you by any chance work on the corner of Kingsway and Maryhill? I see an inferno parked there almost every day on my way to work, thought it might be yours.

Got mine installed and a buddy's over this past weekend. Overall these bumpers are awesome, and the install is relatively straightforward. The bumper packaging, customer service, and product are LEGIT. I do want to point out something that I think SSO should probably address. I am always lurking on the forums and not doing enough sharing of my own experiences that could probably help a ton of others, so here's one:

Here's what happens when you follow SSO Instructions, at least in my experience: a gap that I don't really care too much about by I know many might have an issue:

...and here's what I recommend instead, as I successfully executed a cut line modification and achieved a "gap-less" install on a friend's truck (simply taper the cut line about 1/4" back from the SSO instructions on each side of the lip before it angles/curves down to the ground as shown by the black marker:

    Some completed pics:

Overall we were both stoked with the installs and more than happy with these purchases!

12.jpg 123.jpg t4.jpg t3.jpgThe SDHQ does not work with the Hoop, there is no room to get the grill bottom to clear the lights. I am going to have to cut the black looking tongue piece on the bottom of the grill housing to fit.

That is such not a deal. Both tongues broke off my grill by the 3rd removal.

I really like the looks of the SSO vs the C4 fab one. It tucks up nicely and seems more slim lined.

This is one to keep on the list of goodies.
