About a month ago I went mudding on the Taco and a week later a pop started when I turn all the way. I looked under the truck and my CV axles are full of grease on the outside but the boots don't look rip. My believe is that when mudding it was so deep that the pressure made the grease came out of the boots, kind of like squeezing toothpaste. my questions is can I add grease to these or do I need new ones?

Not sure what you mean by "full of grease on the outside".

Yes you could theoretically add grease by removing a boot clamp and injecting the grease with some sore of needle apparatus under the boot lip.

The "pop" could be a lot of things, loose bolt, something in the steering, among many other things. I would suggest identifying the source and go from there.

If there's CV grease then the boot ripped whether it looks like it or not. Get a boot kit and reboot it, or just swap the axle and be done with it. CVs usually pop when they're broken so you might just have to swap the axle anyways.

I check and as @DustStorm4x4 said I believe the CV might be broken inside. I am going to replace them and that should do it. thanks for the responses
