I am installing new tires within the month (i know...a tire question....). And I want to know, are you guys really able to fit 255/85 R16's on your trucks with no lift or suspension changes???
I have a TRD OR that will be taken off road but nothing major and dang sure no crawling... just get me to my hunting and fishing spots.

Will 255/85 R16's work? Thanks for the help guys!

It depends. Nobody can be sure how it will work with your individual setup. Try and let us know how it works for you! The safe answer is linked in my sig below.

^the truck is bare bones stock. I have plans in the future to change that tho. I have a good tire shop in town that can do a test fit. Just wondering if y'all have had any experience.

They're most likely going to rub. Again it depends on your wheel specs backspacing, offset, whatever.... test fit them and you'll see.

You're probably going to need to trim or melt/remold some plastic at a minimum.
