DIES AFTER START UP?!?!?!?

I have a 2008 Tacoma 4.0L. Randomly my truck will start fine then die right away. when you try to start it again the engine will just spin and not fire. I can disconnect the battery and it will start and run fine until the next time it decides to do it. Any ideas I was thinking something to do with the factory security system but I really don't know.

My 09 Tundra (4.7) has done this a few times. It's almost like it's not firing, I could let it sit for 30 minutes and then it would start right up. I cleaned my battery terminals after the last time it happened and it hasn't done it since.

 

I can let mine sit and it still will just spin over. My terminals are clean and fairly new battery....
