Cleaning 17 inch TRD wheels

Looking for suggestions on how to clean these bad boys. Yes they look great, but man, cleaning them is a pain in the butt. Especially the smaller squares. I'm starting to get dirt build up that is getting harder and harder to remove.

I recently picked up a heavy duty steam cleaner off Amazon for another home project, but one of the suggested uses were for cleaning alloy wheels and upholstery. I might try that this weekend to get into the hard to reach places and hopefully steam some of that grime loose.
