I am wondering if this set up will work on my 2015 prerunner sr5 without lift? I am ok with trimming and removing mudflaps to prevent rubbing.

    Wheels:18x9 moto metal MO962 with 0mm offset
    Tires:265/65R18 BFG allterrain t/a KO2

^It'll work. You will need to remove mudflaps. Trimming probably won't be required.

I looked up the specs of the BFG tires and it says the rim width is 8" for the tire so it wouldnt fit the 18x9 right?

NVM i looked up on BFG site and it says she go.
But have you seen this set up before?

Personally haven't seen the set up before but I'm sure it's out there. 16" and 17" wheels are much more common than 18".
Your specs all match and will fit just fine. The tire size 265/65-18 is an inch taller than stock which 9 times out of 10 fits just fine. If you wanted you could drop to 265/60-18 to keep the factory outside diameter of the tire. At 265/65-18 being an inch taller you should be just fine but maybe a small amount of trimming which you mentioned you're ok with.

Thanks for the info i will find out soon enough just got the wheels in today. Wasnt expecting a 0mm offset to be so shallow. Thought was gonna be more center. But its g gonna keep this build simple
