New to the forums and to tacomas in general so sorry if this ends up being a stupid question. Just picked up a 2017 SR5 and I love everything about it... Except one thing - no tie down options in the center of the bed.

My truck has the D rings in all four corners and the two cleat rails on either side of the bed. These are more than enough when I'm only hauling one sport bike but it doesn't leave me any good options for hauling two sport bikes. I've looked around the forum for products or solutions that others have already come up with but I'm not finding anything that could securely tie down two 425 pound motorcycles.

Anybody know of a product or solution to this problem?

I've noticed the 2 pre-tapped holes under the center of the rear window. I assume these are for installing the locking bed cover but I was wondering if it would be wise to use those to mount an additional D ring?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks for the reply! I like the idea of using another cleat rail because its really versatile but idk if its strong enough

Not enough to hold a motorcycle. They are mean for ice coolers LOL

But in the same thread, people also recommend the L-Track System, which seems more suited for your situation.
