I brought my truck to the dealer and they looked over everything, could not find any problem. They said that it could be due to my tires being out of balance. I am looking into getting a new set of tires and wheels this spring, I'll see if it fixes the issue.

OP crawl under your truck and see if you can move your driveshaft where it meets in the middle of your truck. i.e. carrier bearing (center bearing as some call it) if you can move it about 1/2" or more I bet your carrier bearing is bad. My rubber part was bad on mine when I had the driveline vibration. Replaced the carrier bearing with a Timken brand $73.25 curred my problem.

Alight so I got my tires changed and some of the vibration went away. I think the next thing I am going to try is the carrier bearing.

This is an old one...but I have a 2015 Tacoma with the exact problem the OP described. I'm currently sitting at 26k miles and the vibration is subtle but annoying.
