    Hey all,

I couldn't find a previous post on this so forgive me if there is one.

I've been using Malco Turbo Shine Tire Dressing for years now on all my previous vehicles with little to no residue problems. However, since buying my super white Tacoma the residue is very noticeable. I attribute this to the tires and even more so after upgrading to the Toyo AT II's recently. Despite proper application, it flings all over the lower rockers after driving. I apply the shine with an applicator and let it dry for several hours. The tires look great but the residue on the paint is getting old.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with other products that aren't as messy? Thanks!

    I got this bro.

OP, next time your mom and pops hit up Costco, mooch in and grab a 4 pack of No Touch Wet n Protect. $10 and works well. Lasts about a week, and 1 can goes pretty far for a normal person. It sprays on in seconds, and I haven't noticed any weird patterns or stains on the wheels.

If you're like me, you'll never leave home without a can or two, or 5.

Chemical Guys Silk Shine. Spray it on, wipe it off with an applicator pad. Last multiple weeks, doesn't collect too much dust or fly all over your panels. I also use it on my interior and engine bay

Duragloss 253: Tire and Rubber Dressing. Inexpensive. Great durability. It'll last weeks if it doesn't get wet. And it'll even last through a couple rains or car washes no problem. It's water based, won't cause cracking. You can also use it on mud flaps and floor mats. One coat on tires for a matte shine (nice rich black- tires just look new). Two or three coats for shiny. It dries quickly to a non-greasy feel. Great stuff. And I've used a lot of dressings.

Bro, that's awesome! And, with all that extra money you saved at Costco, you can buy more Kirkland Beer!!!

Nope tires look new and not greasy or streaky. I've been getting the stuff from Costco for like 3 years now. If it sucked and people didn't like it, costco would stop selling it, is the way I see it.

Biggest benefit is 4 cans for $10. Bros gotta keep the tires bling'n.

Trucks at the dealer right now, won't have it back till tomorrow.

Chemical Guys makes a gel tire dressing that doesn't fling (although I have never had that issue with any product). It doesn't have a wet look either. It just makes the tire black again. Its also powdercoat safe which most cheap products are not (fyi if you have aftermarket wheels).

Stay away from their interior "anti-fog". Take my word.

This is a little on the pricey side, but it works well and does not sling off or gather dust.

Applied the Gyeon last night after cleaning tires thoroughly. I like the look so far. I will report back on durability.
