Just got my 3rd gen TRD Offroad a couple of weeks ago. It's my second Tacoma. I also work at Toyota so I am around them all the time. Look forward to building this one and having some fun. Hopefully lift, wheels and tires are first up on the plate. 20170420_142231.jpg

Looks good man. Does it have a chrome or painted bumper?

I'm thinking black wheels, black sliders /side steps, black rear bumper.. I like the all blackgrill and emblem..

I'm not doing all black on it. It has a chrome bumper, but I'm ordering the vinyl wrap kit for it to color match. The grill is temporary until I get a new grill. Most likely the DB Customs with the stars and stripes that also lights up. For the wheels I'm either going Ray 10s in Gunmetal or Matte Gray or Method NV in silver with black beadlock.
I was going to go with a nice lift like the OME BP-51, but I'm not rich so I'm probaby going with 5100, OME springs, Icon 1.5" AAL. I might go ahead and throw UCA on there also. I think that will be plenty for me for the time being. I live in south and really just trail ride, mud rid, and wash out backroads. I'll have the normal 285 tires. Trying to debate going with the KO2 or a more aggressive tire. I will be doing sliders instead of steps though.I have tons of mods I already have saved that once money comes rolling in, I'll be buying ha. I'll keep yall updated though.

So soon I'll start a build thread...order my lift and wheels today. I'll have my tires soon also. Lift included Bilstein 5100 front and rear, OME springs, and ICON 1.5" AAL. I ordered 17x8.5 Method NV in silver with black beadlock trim. Tires of choice are going to be 285/70r17 Cooper STT Pro. Can't wait to get it all in and get it put on! I'll post pictures don't worry.

Welcome man. Glad to see more MS people. You'd think with as many Tacomas as we have there'd be more members on TW.
