Hey man! sick build! and your new rig is insane as well! I was curious how difficult it was to take that pin stripe off? I just bought a 2013 trd sport from an auction and it has one of those hideous pinstripes down there side? Any advice?

Thanks! I had the dealership remove the pinstriping at both trucks before I left. I have removed other decals on both trucks and it's relatively easy. You can warm it up if needed with a blow dryer or heat gun (don't get too close) and then start peeling on an edge and go slow. Wd-40 takes off any residue. I'd wash and wax after. One problem with an older vehicle though is that you may still see a shadow of where the pinstriping/decals were. A good polish and wash max get it off but the paint may be faded (and fresh under the sticker) so it may not be 100%. I removed it immediately when I bought my 2017 to keep that from happening. On my 2012 (this truck), I removed the bed decals in 2014 when I bought it and you could see some shadowing of where they used to be but I also didn't try a really good buff and wax

    Hi Everyone!
My first post, and next order of business: losing the decal! Thanks for the tip!
I'll post a photo when the decorating is done. It's stock Inferno Access Cab OR, Chevy silver cloud Snug Top Hi Liner for overnight shelter. Considering pin striping next.
    Functional bumpers after research.
Then I ease into how to use it safely!
