New Navigation DVD/CD/TV/AV/Bluetooth Stereo and seat mod spacers, 1" hubcentric spacers, seat heaters....
    Things I have done recently...

Replaced third member (required disconnecting rear brake lines)

Replaced rear drums and pads (first time, 312,000)

Replaced front rotors and pads (third time)

    Bled brakes...

Still a bit spongy on the brake pedal...

    Bled brakes again...

    Still a bit spongy...

    Hmm.

Checked Master and booster, both operating properly. Followed instructions in my Chilton manual to check.

Then I read about the fifth bleed valve located on the load sensing valve....

Re bled brakes, this time including the load sensing bleeder (air bubbles were obvious with first pump, and the only bleeder that spit bubbles)

right rear, left rear, load sensing valve, right front, left front.

    Wamma bama, fixed.

Obviously when I installed the new third member last year the air pockets in the brake lines must have been massive. Thought I got them all when flushing brake lines. My mistake was letting the master drain too much when bleeding, introducing air into lines again..

Going to bleed them again today just to be righteously right.

Stainless flex hoses next. Frigging going to have to do this all over again, didn't want to install them until I figured out the soft pedal...

    Tip for the day...
