2010 Tacoma ECU with TRD Supercharger flash

This came out of my 2010 Tacoma that had a trd supercharger on it and was flashed by the dealer for the sc. Truck was a 4.0 engine with auto trans. Thx!

I took it off the 2010 and put it on the 2015. Hopefully pse supercharger will stand behind the refurbish they just did and it lives a long and happy life in the 2015. Thx.

 

dang it, I would have happily soiled my finest garments for a trd supachaga. Didn't know that you could go from a 2010 to 2015.

 

Of course if you really have a hankering to soil yerself I would not get in the way...one of the many reasons I went with the last year of the 4.0 engine (supercharger would fit). And of course the TRD Pro thang and the fact that several more items on my 2010 could be swapped over to the 2015.

Your best bet would be to call Toyota and ask. There were quite a few changes that happened with the Tacoma in 2012 including emissions stuff, so my guess would be that it won't work but I'd verify with Toyota.

 

I would be much more confident with the 06-11 then after they added the smog pump stuff in 12.

Yah, that's probably what i'm going to have to do. Just didn't want to tow the truck their. May also consider the 4wd ecu since I plan on doing a 4wd conversion in the future. Not sure if I'll need a 4wd ecu for that conversion.
