Recommend bumper with (integrated?) tow hitch?

i have a '99 4x4 with 3" lift kit. i was recently rear ended and need a new bumper, so i figured i'd finally get a tow hitch installed with the insurance payout. i have a few questions:

- are there any bumpers with integrated tow hitches, or am i better off just getting an OEM bumper and separate hitch?
- class 1 should suit me fine, but are there any downsides to just getting a class 3 in case i need it someday? doesn't cost much more.
- is there anything i need to look out for to account for the lift?
- any recommendations for brands/retailers?

What I went with. Couldn't find anyone else with a DOT class 3 rating.
You can still stow the spare under the bed.
Fits real nice.
Now, if I could get around to cutting out for, 7 pin connector & maybe back-up lights. I could powdercoat & mount it.
