SC w/urd pulley, afe cai, URD LT's, TRD cat back. 375hp. Custom logos, tonneau cover, westin bar with piaa lights, aero force gauges, custom front air dam, Westin step bars.
I had a trd blower and Doug Thorley long tube headers along with a trd cat back on my 2010 and it went 2-3 years before it started popping a code concerning the missing catalytic convertors.

I picked up a 2015 Trd Pro and this time using URD headers with the swapped trd blower and cat back the truck is setting the cel light anytime under any kind of acceleration, even with the simulators from URD.

The aeroforce gauges show it runs pretty rich at cruise (14.65) just like the 2010 did, but under hard acceleration this 2015 goes pretty lean at 9.4 afr vs the 2010 that never dropped below 10.8.
I'm wondering if the URD headers just flow that much better then the dt's did and are causing this situation or what??? Any help would be appreciated before I go through the hassle of removing the headers and sending them back. Thanks!

I think you've got it backwards.

9.4 is actually pretty rich and robbing you of power.

    Dt vs urd i dunno.

Sims after i think 2010 were nit working consistently due to the signal being changed according to Gadget.

And yes, ur bassakwards on ur readout.

    9.4 is RICHER than 10.8

What pulley are u running to make 365hp with just a blower, intake, headers, and a small exhaust?

Probably just adding up all the number claimed by the manufacturer on all the part boxes and calling that the nmber. Or claiming crank hp?

That's crank hp according to the aeroforce gauges. That was 2 winters ago at 48 degrees down in Phx. Went to the drag strip the following week and the qtr mile speed pretty much matched 295whp. That was in the 2010 with a TRD sc/2.8 pulley/afe cai/TRD catback/DTLT's.

The 2010 is definitely quicker whether stock for stock or with the blower and the gauges show 326 crank hp, though that was at 78 degrees in a Phx a week ago with this newer 2015 TRD Pro. With the URD headers supposedly making more power then the Doug Thorley's I expected it to run better and fuel mileage has dropped significantly with the sc as well, something the 2010 did not do.

And y'all are correct, I've got the afr backasswards. That may explain the drop in mpg. Not sure why it's so much richer then the 2010 was??? Only diff is the urd headers vs the dt's. And this setting the cel off all the time bugs me to no end. Ugh.

Do you have the O2 simulator installed correctly? Otherwise it will always throw a code.

The Spec-U headers pick up substantial gains over the entire rpm range. Whereas the DT have the largest gains towards the mid range.

I'm pretty sure they are installed correctly. I was inadvertently shipped 2 sets so I had the shop that did the header install try the second one I case the first one was bad. They pulled up those instructions and made sure the long one goes over to the drivers side. The first one was installed the same way. Once you do that, it's pretty hard to install them incorrectly.
I'm guessing that it's going so rich on accelerate that may be part of the problem?

I've emailed urd to ask for some help in trying to solve it before I either trade them for some dt's or just go back to the stock exhaust manifolds.
