Prarie city is also host to hangtown. A pretty popular atv/ dirt bike course. Hangtown is more renowned and they threw in a little off road park for all the truck guys.

When I got there yesterday I would have been willing to pay a lot more than 5 bucks just to use the bathroom. Money well spent.

I get that. It never occurred to me that there is a need for a 4x4 park.....
EDIT: there are Off Highway Vehicle areas around here, but I don't think they "build" obstacles like mud pits or rocky hills. I assume the OHV areas are au naturale.

They should put some time into it. There are natural obstacles through out the park but some of the structures they built are pretty cool, like this pyramid. IMG_6729.jpgIMG_6745.jpg IMG_6733.jpg

Wait..... someone actually poured all that concrete to make a 4x4 obstacle????

Looks more like a missile silo cap in disguise to me. :spy: just saying, and probably why is owned by the county or state. That's a shit ton of concrete.... that ain't cheap, $5 a day ain't gonna pay for that, no way no how.
