reverse bulbs

how do i swap out the bulbs in the reverse lights?

 

unscrew the tail light housings (4 philips). the outer lens is separate from reflector bowl. pull bulb and replace.

There are guys on here that sell LED reverse lights. Waaay better than OEM

 

I bought some from SBL (www.superbrightleds.com) and yes the white light is much better.

 

That's what I'm swapping in. They're "800 lumens each".but anything gotta be brighter than the stockers.wonder if they'll be close to 800 lumens

is what I bought. 260 lumens and while they are not piercing I can still see better backing up. Having a cap blocks a lot tho

you called it. but still brighter than a regular 921 bulb. i only paid a couple bucks for them. clearce deal on Amazon. and thats a heck of a right up on bulbs you posted, lots of good info to sort thru..thanks for that.
