07 Tacoma prerunner v6

I just bought an 07 V6 PreRunner. It has 130k miles but it runs strong. I'd like to start some mods like, muffler, performance tuning, stereo upgrade, and lights. Also, I'd like to get some service so I know what is what as far as the engine, tranny, a/c unit. What should I address first?

Coolant replacement would be a good idea for those miles, spark plugs, fresh oil and filter, drain and refill differential oil, replace air filter and cabin filter. Check conditions of brakes pads/shoes and rotors/drums.
