    none as of yet
    bought a 2016 taco limited preowned with 10 k on it in Dec./2016. I am still enjoying sxm classic vinyl . I have gotten no bill for it. any advice on this??? thanx

    Keep enjoying it then. Maybe one day they will cut it off. Then at that point deside if you want to pay and think it's worth it. Either xm or the org owner/dealer will notice I would think. If not.... keep enjoying it.









    The right thing to do is call and set it up under your name and credit card.... we don't know the circumstances as to why it's still on. I'm sure a lot of moral police would comment but still enjoy it.

    When my mom purchased a new Altima in 2013/2014, the car came with 3 months of XM for free.

    After the 3 months, they called my mom and asked how she liked it and if she wanted to continue the service. She explained that she loved it but couldn't justify the price as she didn't really drive it often. They gave her 3 extra months for free.

    A little bit after this, someone hit the car and sent it into the shop for just about 3 months since it was hard finding new parts for a car that just came out. XM called and my mom again explained that her car got in a wreck and she didn't really have a chance to even use it. XM gave her even another 3 months for free.

    After the car was fixed, we kept it for another year but XM never called back. I guess they just forgot to call her to bill her or they just figured it was still in the shop. Not sure. Either way, they had some pretty understanding customer service.

    If the truck is off during the time they send the disable signal (such as in a shop) sometimes the radio stays on for free for awhile

    I guess. But it wasn't just for a while. It was a little over a year. Either way, the customer service was really understanding by giving us a couple 3 month freebies.

    My dad had xm on his Tahoe that needed an update. He never completed the update and the "trial" never ended. The vehicle was sold to a friend and to this day still has xm. They are aware and no one is being charged but until the update is completed (at a dealer for a fee) they are unable to turn it off. Maybe a different reason but I thought that was an interesting insight into the service.

    Bought my 2010 tacoma on 2/10 from this guy who worked for Toyota corp out in torrance with only 1k. Had free xm till the day I sold it and probably still does lol
