    Hello everyone,

I've been lurking and posting on various posts in the 3rd Gen forum, but thought I'd officially introduce myself. Having owned many Toyotas and going through many phases in my car choices, I'm finally back in a Toyota Tacoma. My first Taco was a 1st gen back in 1995.

Well fast forward 22 years and I'm back in another Tacoma. Now living in the PNW again (Portland now, previously Seattle), I bought a 2016 4x2, 4 Cyl taco for winter since I also have an M3 for the summer months. However, that Taco sucked in the icy conditions thats unlike the rest of the country (even with sandbags; had to buy snow tires). So, I bit the bullet and traded it in for my birthday this year. I finally bought the truck that I should've bought last year - a 2017 TRD Off-road Dual Cab Long bed (DCLB).

Attached are some pics of my previous and current Taco. I'm loving it and already drove it on the Beach in Gearhart, OR and in the snow at Mt. Hood. Oh, and the mod bug had definitely hit me. Besides tint and a bed mat, here is what's on the way:

    • OME 3" lift kit with 888 coils, nitrocharger soft ride shocks and a Deaver AAL (kit from @Headstrong)
    • Method Con 6 Bronze wheels 17x8.5
    • Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/70/17
After I install everything, I will post new pics. The PNW Expedition group has been very welcoming and I hope to "virtually" meet the rest of you too.
