Didn't get to take the truck out until this weekend. Did really well on the tracks. Lacks a little power so a supercharger is on the way.

Checking everything one last time before we head out. It rained on us so not too many pictures since no one wanted to be out side.

Thanks! It's definitely and expensive style but it's been in the works a long time. The tracks were an afterthought. I built the truck to run 49 inch Iroks but the tracks seemed more fun and I don't really need the 49s for wheeling since the 40s do just fine. I plan on going to 42s though and keeping the tracks for the snow. Going to stud the tracks since we have all sorts of snow around here and when it's slick the tracks don't bite down as much as I'd like. I guess there are pluses and minuses to a large foot print. The truck bogged quite a bit going into third gear. I have it geared for tires and the tracks have a reduction as well so neither the transfer case low or the crawl box helped since I'd run out of gears pretty quick. Got a supercharger on the way though, so hoping to have that in and try it again the following weekend.

For size reference, the other Tacoma is running my 40 inch MTRs. It also looks like my truck sitting really high but it doesn't. The fenders are clearanced and the tracks have no meat above the hub since that's where the wheel is to rotate the tracks.

Yes, each. Probably why I noticed a power loss. Good thing I have rock jock 60s under there. I don't see the stock hubs holding up too long with these.

Do you happen to have any kind of tutorial on your fender trim work or someone who has done a good write up? I got the metal trimming part, it's retaining the stock flares and removing 2" from them that I would like help on. Thanks for any help!

I don't have any tutorial on the fender flare work. I used to have some photos to guide in the right direction but I doubt I have them any longer. I don't know if anyone has bothered replicating them as its been at least a few years since I made them. I am going to be making some new metal ones that I might begin selling, if they go well.

No problem. Please let me know if you're selling the flares that you've had. I'd be interested in picking those up. Would love to see the design of your new ines too.

Some flexing pics. There's still quite a bit of travel left but the tires were starting to rub. I had it clearanced for the 40s but need to rework things for the 42s.

It's not a kit. Everything is peiced together individually.
