    going off the thumbnail, i was 99% sure this was gonna be DCS World Footage. not an uncommon sight for one winged A-10's to be coming back in that sim.

    ...^^^...For my Christmas & birthday and other holidays lumped into one ... want to do the 45 minutes in a P-51 this summer.

    IIRC ... It was about $3,000 in a donation to go for the ride a year ago.

    My buddy went for the ride 2 years ago and said it was incredible.

    Got the opportunity to spend some time with the 507th air refueling wing at Tinker AFB in OKC. Everyone I met was super friendly and I learned a lot about life in the AF Reserves. Now I have some connections at the C-17 base in Memphis and plan to talk to some people there as well.

    The scheduling block for it is right around two hours and forty minutes, but the actual flight time was 2:18 down, and 2:29 back. That day started in Vancouver though, and went Calgary, Toronto, Orlando. Was pretty ready to be out of the plane by the time the day was over.
