What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Could be as simple as the ground wire coming off, hell you almost lost a connection like that. Luckily I spotted it during mod day

 

This is not pavement we are talking about.

 

I won't talk big about my skillset. You definitely have a lot more miles under the belt than me.

I'd same for Frank if he ever left the garage/trailer...

 

Now that's an invention we all need. Someone on call who can roll up with a trailer that has machinist tools, metal, welders, and a dry spot to work.

Haha. I'm just giving you a hard time Cody. I really know very little about your T4R besides the SC. Is it a mid travel setup?

 

That's just a flat bed pulled by a SC 2nd gen. I'm talking about pulling a workshop on wheels haha so you can finish the trip

Haha you aren't wrong about the gas guzzler part. I drove a 97 4 Runner for a month two summers ago and it destroyed my wallet even more than my pig, and it was N/A and entirely stock.

 

my gas light comes on at like 11gallons. i'd assume its the same tank capacity as 1st gens, and i know there is a known issue with the gas reader on t4rs.

thankfully its not a DD, i drive it a few miles a week unless im going on a trip.

So how's it do on the high speed stuff. Particularly the whoops? Done any of that type of stuff with it yet?

 

I have not had the pleasure of doing any whoops yet.

Come to Spokane and go down Sprague Ave. that will test your suspension better than any whoops. Our roads are like offroading after this last winter.

 

I don't have many reasons to go back up to Spokane... Think i'd rather go bother @m3bassman
