    Everything fit perfect...high quality....was a bear to unwrap..but arrived in perfect condition....very pleased with it...

    Looks great! My last build was the prototype for this rack. I added a tire cover over the Y strap cause AZ summers are brutal on uncovered spares.

    I dont think so, that was the old build. It was just a black canvas tire cover. I run a 34" so I used a 35" cover that I bought from Desert Rat. I looped in a small cable and lock through the cover and tire.

    Just beware that if you go thru a carwash the air blowers will rip that off. The cable kept it from disappearing in my case when i found out the hard way.

    I find that Dupli-Coat truck bed coating "Black" is a perfect match for touch up on the wrinkle finish....put some dings on the carrier this weekend and wanted to recoat before it rusts..(seems like it rains every day in Pa this spring)...anyway stuff really matches.....
