    Greased driveshaft zeros in hopes that solves the very minor, in comparison to others, yet irritating vibrating noise.

    Probably will need to replace u-joints and carrier bearing soon anyway though.

    Yeah it was the default color when it turned on. Dope ain't it?

    If you need any info message me and I'll give you the entire scoop. Crazy project for me as I have never touched electrical wiring until now.

    Chad I think you need a build thread.... Like a real one. One where we can see what you've done to your truck and not sift through tens of thousands of messages.... :boink: :spy:

    USB plug = iSimple IS43
    Mount = Scosche Magic Mount
    Action Cam = Mobius

    It's my DashCam solution. Records to memory card when the truck is running, stops when I shut the truck off.

    I replaced the rechargeable battery with a "supercapacitor" so it doesn't run so hot. There's just enough juice when the ignition turns off to write the video to memory.

    I just unplug the cable and detach the Mobius from the mag-mount and bring it to my laptop to dump the video if I need too.

    Pretty awesome, I've been wanting to invest in a dash cam. It's a great back up for for shitty drivers and longet trips

    Wouldn't by any chance be needing a bed cap for that gorgeous truck?/be located close enough to the Midwest to pick one up cheap?

    Use J hooks with locking nuts and washers on the inside of the box. Then keep the box locked!!

    I used a bed cleat on each side w/ 3/4in toggle bolts through the little holeon side of cleat. That shit ain't going anywhere. Just make sure that the tie downs are completely tight when you mount it though
