First of all...gotta love when somebody starts doing the research about vehicle pricing AFTER they purchase it :D

Second...the customer ALWAYS decides how much the item is worth. So whether you paid more or less than other people in similar transactions, it is you who ultimately decide if you are at peace.

Having said that...I think you got a really great deal with that truck.

I guess that depends on where/how you wheel. If you beat the crap out of your truck, then a new paint job is not a good idea.

You don't have to beat your truck to fuck your new paint, wheel spacers tires throw rocks on your cab, tight trail scratches down the side of the truck, i did get caught on the side of a hill one time, slid into a fence so I got leverage to position myself down the hill and that left a pretty good dent, poped right out though

What's your opinion on the "paint protection film" products like the 3M stuff? Seems like a good idea (in theory) to protect against scratches from brush and small rocks.

Here everyone and their momma wants a full-size. The women here get pretty fat and not that few extra pounds level of cuteness, but feedlot fat. Thus the need for a full-size
