Wired light bar switch according to a couple of YouTube videos, but for some reason the light bar (top portion/image of light bar)of switch stays on even when truck is turned off. Any ideas?
Is there a specific fuse I should add a fuse to?

The power outlets turn off with the truck, right? Try putting it in there. Left hand column, third from the top.
