So I bought this mictuning USB outlet with the intention of installing it in my dash next to the switch for my ARB Twin and lights.

The problem is that this USB outlet has 4 wires which reduce to just 2 (positive and negative).

I would like this USB outlet to dim with the rest of my switches via the connection to the green bed light wire.

Also, I'D like this USB outlet to only power up with the ignition.

Do I need a relay? Can I make the lights dimmable somehow?

    Thanks!

Doubt they are even illuminated. From the pics, looks like a power and ground for each USB outlet. Just tap off the cig lighter which is switched power.

If that is the case, you will have to cut one of the red wires and figure which one is illumination.

Both are for plugs. I wanted to rip my blue lighting out of my first for this reason. Tried another that fits under ac control. Had 2 wires only way was to desolder led which i never did.
