Thank you! I'm going to inspect the connection again and compare the the chart on Pg 2.

So if the heater relay doesn't work it is safe to assume the actuator is toast? Pg 3 states "if operation is not a specified, replace actuator."

I agree with that same logic, as long as there is some voltage upto that relay.
If there is no power at that point, I'd start checking the diff fuse.

Good news: elocker is operating again.

Still not quite sure what did the fix, though. I took apart the actuator/motor assembly once again and noticed the top portion was not installed correctly after we disassembled in Moab(pegs didn't line up). I then tested it both ways (lock/unlock) on the battery - to which it worked. I put it back together, installed the new ECU and tested everything - voila. It works now. I'm a little uneasy because I'm still not certain what the issue was, unless it was in fact the ECU.

Anyway, got inside and pulled the carpet up and hit everything with seam sealer and flex seal. After looking everything over with detail, it's no surprise water was in there. I did a piss poor job sealing up the drivers side during tub.

You don't think the hook is now sitting even lower to drag? Seemed like clearance was the issue, not brand of apparatus.

A small handful of select mods.
Yeah the winch position looks rough for approach angle. The hook will just hit small rocks now. I bet it rarely gets touched.

@alee891 is there any damage on the hawse?

If there was enough contact to hook the top of the factor 55 and pull it down, seems like it could easily hit the hawse, which means instantly shedding through the rope now.

Not defending the nipple since it is huge and sticks out a lot

No damage that I noticed. And exactly what you asked is what kept happening with the prolink - it would get hung up on everything.

As @Gramps explained, the approach angle was greatly reduced with the pro link. The original winch hook may now be slightly lower, but that and the D-ring have the ability to move out of the way, and are also a bit recessed on the bumper thanks to @3378jakesr5 awesome bumper design. The prolink was fixated and just smashed into everything lol.

Damn, that red is sexy. Glad you got the locker thing sorted out and you're getting some trail time!

It was in fact a burnt ECU (FYI @Reh5108).
Have my fingers crossed that the additional sealing did the trick and I have no leaks!

I hope so too, man! That makes you, Mike, and Rob that have had issues with the tubs leaking. I'm hoping my maddening OCD helps avoid that instead of overthinking it and having a leak.

    :fingerscrossed:
