Changed my plugs this morning. Dense on one side, NGK on the other. 156,000 kilometres on the original plugs! Still ran pretty good. Little rough maybe but the gap was burnt pretty huge. Probably .050. Amazing for a standard non platinum plug.

Just did mine at 90000 miles, the gaps were .068-.072 . Some of them came out pretty hard, I won't let them go over 80000 before changing next time.

I was surprised they were original. The truck was well maintained otherwise.

Just did mine on my new to me 2009 with 135000 miles. Original Denso and NGK's. The gap was double what it should have been but the truck ran and started good...go figure.
