Yeah there was a local one for $43K. I should've jumped on it.

Here's a pic of the test group, brother's limited, my Pro (and in the background my oldest sons quicksand FJ and my TT FJ... you're welcome Toyota). Highly unscientific experiment, question was, "do KO2s in the stock size make the Pro sluggish (vs. the stock Goodyears) given the extra 10 lbs for each tire." We had four people (2 men, 2 women) Drive a 1 mile loop with 1 longer 45 mph run. To be clear, the Limited is on 18s with Michelins but best we could do. Also, as an added twist, I only told one of the other drivers what I was trying to accomplish so 2 of us knew what we were trying to test and two did not. After the initial drives I told the group the goal and my wife went back out for another run to see if it changed her opinion.

And the results.... (drumroll)... not one of us noticed a difference. No sluggishness, no difference in pedal feel, etc. there was a little debate, think that came mostly from the very different feel of the rides, suspension is very different in both trucks.

I'll go on the record as saying, you can get the "bro" look of the KO2s in the stock size without sacrificing performance and STILL fit the truck in a parking garage.

I hope this helps @Ram5493. If not you're only up in NYC and we're 90 miles away in PA, you can come do a test drive.

The other color that is great on the 4R Pro is Quicksand, that would look pretty damn amazing next to a Cement Tacoma.

Question for all of you with cement.

Now that many of you have had your cement for months, have any of you thought, I should have gone white?

Don't regret it all! Love the color! Cement was always my first choice but my Wife didn't like it in brochures until we saw one at the car show and she was sold.

Yeah wife thinks I should do white. I'm thinking cement. Also based on reading here, cement has a light metallic flake, with a clear coat vs the white being single stage white with clear mixed. I drive about 25k miles a year and don't want a high maintenance paint that needs constant waxing to protect it from contamination.

In the end it's my choice, but of course I can't see them in person. I would have to buy or pass in the order they arrive.

Hard to describe but unless you are just a couple of feet away you can't even see the metal flake. The two guys that tinted my windows had a bet and one said it had it and the other said it didn't. Honestly I would have been happy with any of he three colors but I love the cement!

Only three weeks in and no interest in looking back. The Cement looks different at different times of the day and really depends on lighting. Most folks who see it love the flat color only to look closer and see how much metallic fleck is in the paint. The white is awesome, no doubt, and it looks great on the Pro blacked out. Personal preference but the Cement just gives me what I wanted.

White does look awesome. I see a white one around town once in a while and love it, but the Cement is just mean looking. Not to mention its the unicorn. If you haven't seen this color in the sun, you need to, it totally changes.
