Similar to the S2000 issues... slashed top, stolen seats = totaled car by insurance due to the cost of the seats from Honda.

Back when I had my 1990 Accord I was huge into the Honda scene (actually still a mod on CB7Tuner) and the big deal was the black leather seats that were only available on the 1991 SE. Purchasing the seats / door panels from Honda new totaled over $26,000 back when I looked probably 10 years ago.

The thing that boggles my mind is that to get 205 HP, they had to boost it to 20.3 psi. Granted, it is a 1.5L motor and does make 136 hp/L, which is impressive, no doubt, but how much more room is there in that motor/turbo to get more power?

It would be a monster! Our race team already has two CTR's getting ready for this season! Lead engineer mentioned CTR broke some Nurburgring track record for its class. I think someone here mentioned it.

A little of this and a little of that.
I'd drive it. I actually like the design.

Honda impresses me with their ability to keep the Civic line on the forefront of technology and style.

Just my opinion, but the Civic Si's are a decent bang for the buck.
