Sup boys. Graduated school last Wednesday. Went straight to Laughlin where we won the 6100 spec tt race against 22 other trucks! Starting work on salary today. Looking forward to having some more time to get out and do some camping and shit.

Also thinking about picking up an atv to mess around on in my spare time. Only really looking at 450's (ltr 450). Anyone have any input on a 450 race motor vs a raptor 700 or something that is lower compression? I'm okay with doing too ends. Not really considering anything other than the 450's because they sit low and mean. What y'all think?

I've done the 400 gig before. I was on a buddies not long ago. They feel like children's toys and I'm always out of power haha. I like the cinders so I need a little more powa

    Hahahahaha.

Well I have a good friend who will sell me his 450 for super cheap, so depending on how that goes I may go that route.

I just never loved how tall the raptors sat. But, I was younger so who knows now.

I have a friend who, in the years leading up to turning 30 (starting at 26 or 27) would message or call me on my birthday and just say "[x] more years..."

I'll be 32 on 9/18. The fuck is even happening with my life.:anonymous:

I don't know what I'm doing with my life. Hoping to get it figured out before my 30th.

The fun is in the attempt, not the result.

It's bizarre to me that I'm the same age my dad was when he had me... makes me sort of realize he was like "fucking... I have no clue what to do with this tiny human" the same as I would be.

Not to turn this into a sob story but because I found out that I have a condition that can get genetically passed down and can really screw you up, I'm not going to put myself and my kid through that, every day thinking "does he/she have it" and losing my shit with worry if they start having symptoms. I'll adopt if I ever feel like kids.

I'll be 39 in November! When I grow up, I want to be a Toys'R Us kid!

I won't have an empty nest until I am 53.... then it is expo time, I will have my truck ready to head to South America by the time the littlest graduates.

Nice. That should be a pretty fun party.

I'm going to Oregon to my home town. The apex (or whatever) of the eclipse is happening only like 8 miles north of where I grew up and there's supposed to be 50,000 assholes* descending upon the Coast to watch it happen with the Pacific in the background. Should be pretty insaneballs to be in town that weekend, even though the eclipse is happening on Monday at like 1pm. Knowing the typical Oregon Coast weather, it will be beautiful in the morning and right around when the event is supposed to happen, the marine layer will suck the fog in and be socked in so it will just get dark with no real show. I'll be laughing like a madman at all the suckers who paid $1,000/night for hotels that day.

    *50,001 assholes, counting me

    Less length, more girth

Long and gnarly makes for a hell of a combo. Any evidence of IFS making it through?
